This is the baby I bought, its a Finsbury Personal
I cannot remember what my original one was called but it was black smooth padded leather and held everything I needed for my daily life.
Then I retired and thought I would no longer need one, but even though I have software for reminders etc on my computers, I am now going to put all the important stuff down on paper, plus instead of bits of paper stuffed between the pages of a notebook I will now be organised, computers go wrong, have to be replaced, paper in my Filofax will always be there.
I have a few ideas on how I am going to organise the pages inside, for instance I want a wish list of paper crafting products, I can research them and put the findings and the web sites in the Filo, so when the day finally arrives when I can buy the product I can go straight to the web sites or shop, check if pricing etc has changed.
I blame my niece Jayne for this addition to my life, she took me along to Staples where she was buying something for hers and showed me the range they had and I liked this one, the colour looked gorgeous, she then told me about a face book group and a blog that I now follow
I will put the links at the bottom of this article.
I wll try to keep the ongoing Filofax adventure going, maybe one of you reading this might think its a good idea to get one for yourself.
